Refund and Exchange Policy
At Amina The Label, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
Items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Returned with all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind
Approved returns will be issued as a store credit
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items (e.g. size or colour changes), subject to availability
If your requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead
Exchanges must follow the same return conditions listed above
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and sale reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Accessories (including jewellery)
Hijabs or items worn close to the face
Clearance items
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Include your order number and clear photos
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable
Return Process
To start a return or exchange:

Wait for approval and instructions
Send your item back to the provided address
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days
