Refund and Exchange Policy

At Amina The Label, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    • Returned with all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind

  • Approved returns will be issued as a store credit

  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for eligible items (e.g. size or colour changes), subject to availability

  • If your requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead

  • Exchanges must follow the same return conditions listed above

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and sale reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Accessories (including jewellery)

  • Hijabs or items worn close to the face

  • Clearance items

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number and clear photos

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable

Return Process

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at aminathelabel1@gmail.com with your order number

  2. Wait for approval and instructions

  3. Send your item back to the provided address

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days
